Haddak (حدّك) ("we", "our", "the app") is a local classifieds and community app operating independently in Turkey, Syria, and Lebanon — each country's own residents use their own local instance of the app, which covers a marketplace, job postings, lost & found, donations, community alerts, and a business directory. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
The contact number and (if provided) WhatsApp number on your own listing are shown to other users who view that listing — that's inherent to how a classifieds marketplace works, and you control what you post. We do not sell your personal data to third parties or use it for third-party advertising.
We use a small number of service providers strictly to run the app:
We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your profile, listings, uploaded photos, and related activity are permanently deleted (see Section 6).
You can review and update your name and phone number at any time from the app's Profile screen. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Delete Account inside the app. This immediately and permanently removes your account, listings, photos, and personal data from our systems. You can also request this by contacting us on WhatsApp (below).
Haddak (حدّك) is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We use industry-standard measures (including encrypted HTTPS connections) to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

By using Haddak (حدّك), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of anything you post. Submitted content (market listings, job posts, lost & found reports, donations, community alerts) is reviewed before it becomes publicly visible, and we may reject or remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
Haddak (حدّك) is a platform that connects users — we are not a party to any transaction, sale, job arrangement, or exchange between users, and we don't guarantee the accuracy of listings or the conduct of other users. Use the contact and meeting information exchanged through the app at your own discretion and caution.
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your own account at any time (see Privacy Policy, Section 6).
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

يُعد تطبيق "حدّك" تطبيقاً محلياً للإعلانات المبوّبة والخدمات المجتمعية، يعمل بشكل مستقل في كل من تركيا وسوريا ولبنان، حيث يستخدمه المقيمون في كل بلد نسخته المحلية الخاصة به. يشمل التطبيق سوقاً للإعلانات، وفرص عمل، وخدمة المفقودات والموجودات، والتبرعات، وتنبيهات المدينة، ودليلاً للأعمال. توضّح هذه السياسة طبيعة البيانات التي نجمعها، وكيفية استخدامها، والخيارات المتاحة لك بشأنها.
يظهر رقم التواصل، ورقم الواتساب في حال إضافته، على إعلانك لأي مستخدم آخر يطّلع على ذلك الإعلان؛ وهذا جزء أساسي من آلية عمل منصة الإعلانات المبوّبة، وأنت من يحدد ما تنشره. لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية لأي طرف ثالث، ولا نستخدمها لأغراض إعلانية خارجية.
نعتمد على عدد محدود من مزوّدي الخدمة الضروريين لتشغيل التطبيق:
نحتفظ بحسابك ومحتواك طالما ظل حسابك نشطاً. في حال حذف حسابك، يتم حذف ملفك الشخصي، وإعلاناتك، والصور المرفوعة، والنشاط المرتبط بحسابك بشكل نهائي (انظر البند ٦).
يمكنك مراجعة وتعديل اسمك ورقم هاتفك في أي وقت من صفحة "حسابي" داخل التطبيق. كما يمكنك حذف حسابك وجميع بياناتك المرتبطة به بشكل نهائي في أي وقت من خلال حسابي ← حذف الحساب داخل التطبيق. يؤدي هذا الإجراء إلى حذف حسابك وإعلاناتك وصورك وبياناتك الشخصية بشكل فوري ونهائي من أنظمتنا. كما يمكنك تقديم هذا الطلب عبر التواصل معنا على واتساب (أدناه).
لا يستهدف تطبيق "حدّك" الأطفال دون سن الثالثة عشرة، ولا نقوم عن قصد بجمع بيانات شخصية من أطفال دون هذا السن.
نعتمد إجراءات معيارية معتمدة في هذا المجال، كالاتصال المشفّر عبر HTTPS، لحماية بياناتك، إلا أنه لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بنسبة ١٠٠٪.
قد نقوم بتحديث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سيُعكَس أي تعديل جوهري من خلال تحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلاه.

يُعد تطبيق "حدّك" منصة تربط المستخدمين ببعضهم البعض، ولسنا طرفاً في أي عملية بيع أو تبادل أو ترتيب عمل يتم بين المستخدمين، كما أننا لا نضمن دقة الإعلانات المنشورة أو سلوك المستخدمين الآخرين. يُرجى توخي الحذر عند استخدام معلومات التواصل والالتقاء المتبادلة عبر التطبيق، وتحمّل المسؤولية الكاملة عن ذلك.
يحق لنا تعليق أو حذف أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط. كما يمكنك حذف حسابك بنفسك في أي وقت (انظر سياسة الخصوصية، البند ٦).
قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر؛ ويُعد استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد أي تعديل بمثابة موافقة ضمنية منك على الشروط المحدَّثة.
